PT sessions are just £9 per half-hour or £18 per hour - or you can buddy-up and split the cost!

Personal Trainer - Gym Instructor - Class Instructor Alex works at Marl Pits and is a fantastic Class Instructor and PT. He has an extensive knowledge base on muscular toning, weight-loss, strength and power training, core strength, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness. He's always happy to help you make the most out of your training in the gym.
Chloe Frost

Chloe Frost

Personal Trainer - Gym Instructor - Class Instructor. Chloe has an impressive skill set, being a qualified PT, Gym/Class Instructor, Lifeguard and Receptionist! She specialises in HiiT and Circuit training, helping her clients tone-up and improve their general health and well-being. Chloe plays hockey competitively, and has a great knowledge of how to accompany sports training with gym workouts.
Paul Markey

Paul Markey

Personal Trainer - Gym Instructor Paul has been working in fitness for over 5 years and is particularly passionate about helping his clients reach their goals. He works around his clients' training preferences, for example weight-training, muscle-building, weight-loss, and cardiovascular fitness. He also specialises in injury prevention and treatment, and is qualified in sports massage.

Jackson Dean

Jackson is a new addition to the team and works at both Adrenaline and Marl Pits! He is particularly knowledgable on weightlifting, but can also help with all other aspects of training. He is qualified in Level 3 Nutrition, too. Catch him in one of his classes - kettlercise, circuit, and body-conditioning!
