CAN I USE CHANGING ROOMS/LOCKERS?
Lockers will be in use but limited in numbers and positions to help with social distancing. We ask that you come gym-ready if possible to reduce the numbers accessing the changing rooms.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO CLEAN MY KIT?
You need to thoroughly wipe down your kit before and after using it with spray and fresh tissue provided. Facilities will be cleaned in between sessions.
WHAT IS 'GYM-READY'?
Come in your gym-wear with minimal belongings (i.e. no bags, coats, etc.). This is to reduce contact points in changing rooms.
CAN I USE THE TOILETS?
Yes. Please ensure that you stick to social distancing, and do not enter if you are unable to social distance.
CAN I BRING A SWEAT TOWEL?
No. Please don’t bring a sweat towel to limit the risk of spreading germs, we ask that instead you use disposable tissue.
CAN I BRING A SMALL KIT BAG WITH MY OWN STRAPS, ETC.?
No, please bring as little with you as possible. This includes:
• No coats.
• No kit bags.
• No kit from home that cannot be sanitised (e.g. fabric/porous material).
• No weights gloves, as they cannot be sanitised.
Please speak to a member of staff if you have items you cannot be without and don’t wish to carry them in the gym (e.g. inhalers).
CAN I FILL UP MY WATER BOTTLE?
No, please bring a full bottle with you. Fountains will be out of use to reduce contact points.

Government guidelines suggest you do not currently need to wear a mask in the gym. However, you are more than welcome to if you wish and we encourage you to wear a mask whilst travelling around the facilities between work outs.
SHOULD I WEAR HYGIENE GLOVES IN THE GYM?
No. Gloves do not prevent the spread of the virus. We suggest that, instead, you use hand sanitiser regularly and wipe down all contact points with the spray provided.
CAN I BOOK PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS?
Yes, these will be outdoor sessions and socially distanced, you can book by calling our reception team.
I DON’T FEEL CONFIDENT ENOUGH TO USE THE GYM, BUT WANT TO KEEP MY MEMBERSHIP - WHAT CAN I DO?
You can access our online classes on our new portal (message us for more info!).
WHAT CLEANING PROCEDURES ARE IN PLACE?
All our sites have been deep cleaned, we have added cleaning stations throughout the sites, with extra spray bottles & hand sanitiser stations. We’ve also hired more cleaners and our staff will be cleaning throughout the day.
WHAT CAN I DO TO HELP?
1. Clean your kit thoroughly before and after use - including seats, handles, latches, screens, bars, weights, and anywhere at all you touch.
2. Wash your hands before, during, and after - use hand sanitiser frequently and avoid touching your face.
3. Stay away if you, or someone close to you has symptoms.
4. Keep your distance - social distancing is your responsibility. Kit has been spread apart and moved into different rooms to help, but you must ensure you are keeping your distance from other members and staff.
