What is Rossendale SPAA?
A group of local delivery agents who have a shared vision and common goals for delivering sport and physical activity. The SPAA support the work of Rossendale Leisure Trust and other key partners to directly impact on increasing participation levels and widening access to sport and physical activity for ALL residents.
